Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy before placing your order.
1.Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or returned:
- Acrylic items (due to their delicate surface and ease of scratching)
- Custom‑made or personalised items
- Used items
- Items damaged due to customer hanaling
- Sale or discounted items
3. Damaged or Broken Items on Arrival
Because our products are fragile, we package them securely and ship with courier insurance.
If your order arrives broken or damaged:
- Notify us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours
- Email clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping box
We will arrange a replacement, covered by courier insurance where applicable. Damage reported outside of this window may not be eligible for replacement.
4. Return Shipping & Handling Fees
The buyer is responsible for return shipping
- All approved refunds are subject to a 10% handling and inspection fee
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you whether your return is approved or declined
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only if the item is in stock
- If not, store credit will be issued
7. International Orders
- International customers are welcome to return items, but return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
- We cannot refund customs fees or duties charged by your country
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in perfect condition (e.g., missing packaging or accessories)
9.Care & Responsibility
- Our products are designed to last when cared for properly.
- Longevity depends on how items are handled and maintained.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery.
- Please follow care instructions to preserve the sculptural quality and finish of each piece
